“I followed Susan from Billings Clinic to her private practice. I began seeing her after a different doctor quit. I had been with Dr Kelso for a decade prior to the other doctor before she changed jobs. I felt happy with Kelso and was disappointed with the doctor who took over for her (at Billings Clinic). I was then assigned to Susan when that doctor quit. I felt good about my mental health care again finally when I began seeing Susan. I am well versed in medications and mental health as I am a counselor myself. Susan actually tries to listen and advocate for her patients. She takes the time to listen and understand first. She also has training in areas other than medication management which make her an even bigger asset. She is a lovely practitioner and human. I appreciate her further as a colleague.”
